On day 9 level 2 of the 4 level 30 day shred. yesterday i did my first level 2 work out and it was horrible not looking forward to it today but gonna keep at it. It's like its level 2.9 really! She incorporated alot of leg work while in a high plank position which i hate, I have really thick legs so those babies are heavy.…

Go ahead and get it over with! That's how I felt on the second day i was dreading putting the DVD in and doing them but after I got started it was all a breeze: a really hot tiring breeze!

I hear ya, my goal is to do it before work because that way its guaranteed done where after work there are so many other things you could be doing. Thats why people that excercise in the morining have better chances of being successful. I keep reminding myself of that but still I love my pillow so much!!

It's day four, yesterday took the day off from 30 day shred but had a lunch workout at work. I took a pic of my results so far (not of 30DS since I just started) but all my efforts and I was ecstatic. I'll upload at some point but definitely motivated even more. 30DS will end on my bday. This is the best present I can give…

It's day 2 for me too. I did an extra workout at lunch yesterday and my thighs are sore and ran 2 miles. i hope I make it through todays 30ds

I use some excercises i learned from p90x that keep your heart rate up and dont involve jumping

Hi fellow busty! LOL thanks for the heads up. I'll prolly sub those jumping excersices with something else I hate al the jumping around it's really not neighbor friendly when you live on a second floor and work out early in the morning.
