  • From your pics I don't see why you feel this way but I am sorry you do. If you are concerned about calorie intake try to mostly snack on veggies like celery and use hummus as a dip if you don't like the taste. A normal amount of exercise is great but not if you are doing it to punish yourself! Find some supportive friends…
  • Personally I like to step on the scale 2-3 times per week just to keep myself on track. If you are scared of the scale which seems to be a common problem then I think once a week is good. Try not to go too much longer than that or I have found I can start to slip in other areas including eating too much sugar.
