Personally, my belief is that the meds sort the chemical imbalance but you need counselling to get to the crux of the actual issue and to work through it yourself and come to some closure on it. All I know is that 100g of the Pasta I eat is 364 calories so I'd personally rather assume more than less so I don't go over on my calories. But it's obviously up to you - they sound yummy.
