Wow, so many motivating and inspirational success stories!! I'm back in to lose what I gained...I was so close to my weight goal...It's ok, I can do it again, 1lb at a time!! :smile: I mostly want to feel good again, less joint pain caused by inflammation and pressure etc... Good luck to all!

As many here, I started telework in March, stopped my 7k daily walk to and from work and completely fell off the wagon! Some of my clothes don't fit, the others are tight! Time to start logging again! I worked too hard to get where I was to have to go buy larger clothes!!

Totally agree...I use a heart monitor and believe me, the burn is way lower...my friend used to 'burn' like over 1000 cals at gym and I thought wow...she is working out like a maniac....but no...she either used the machine or MFP numbers...she wasn't losing as fast and was wondering why....heart monitor is the answer...in…

Welcome aboard...we are a great supportive community... I had lost about 30lbs over a couple years on my own...lost an additional 30 with MFP and my journey continues...I really like MFP for all the help, tools and support it provides... Feel free to add me...together we can do it...!

I have a waist pouch that holds a water bottle and it has a side pouch with a velcro closing flap that holds my phone, keys, money, cards etc....

I've always ate breakfast...I eat 1/2 cup oats, not instant, nuts, 1 yogurt, blueberries or strawberries or both...all mixed together.....very good and satisfying...

I've experienced this too...after months of losing like half pound every 3 weeks or so and being discouraged about all the efforts put forth, one morning I weighed on my weighing day just because of routine and there it was...6 lbs...I did the on off the scale dance too but it was right !

Because I like it when I go out or come in to my house, the door handle doesn't talk to me...it doesn't ask me where I was, it doesn't ask me where I am going or what time I'm coming back at...:smile:

I eat 6 small meals a day so no need for snacks...I love this way of eating...it's kicked started my weight loss again...:smile:
