Done - no jumps, Prisoner, Suma, Curtsey and side squats mixed it up today 120 done!

Try and eat more true protein, egg whites, chicken, etc. Most of what you posted is high carb and that will always leave you feeling hungrier in the long run. Also drink plenty of water, or tea (diuretic which is good). Low sodium beef or chicken broth will help fill in the spaces as well. Good luck you can do this!

Wow they make it look so easy on the video! I will be doing a variety of other squats today, not able to jump like that, bad knees!

I would say do as many as you can and catch up a little more each day.....just my thoughts. Depends on your level of fitness. If you have not been doing squats don't over do it or you won't be able to walk tomorrow!

Ladies let me know how you like Dr. Ian's program., I will be looking for another plan - currently on VCLD very low calorie diet 500 to 800 calories a day. It works but you can't do it forever. Just trying to get over a big plateau by doing this. Another 22lbs and I am going to get off it and go to a more sane diet plan.

80 done today (got a little carried away! ) Feeling the buuurnnnnnn. So someone told me about the pencil trick, if you can hold a pencil in the fold under your butt, you need to keep working on "lifting" those buns up! I am hoping that by the time we are done with this that none of us can hold a pencil .......:blushing:

Where do we find out what kind of squat we are doing each day, yesterday I saw a post that said today is the Curtsy Squat....I can't find that post now. Is there somewhere central to look for the new challenge? I am new to MFP and don't know all the in's and outs yet!

I have a question, can you reach the daily total by breaking it up through out the day or do you have to do them all at once?
