I am 5'9 and I would like to get down to 145, recently was at 155 and slacked off now I have to work my a-- off to get back to where I was Anybody else 5'9 and if so what are your goals?

Hi, I just got back onto FP and would like to join the challenge for the rest of the month I am commiting to 50 miles between 3/20 and 3/31 Walking or Treadmill.

I will add you too, I am trying to loose 40 - lost 91 lbs 2 1/2 years ago and 30 lbs gained back ARGHHHH so I am back and going to loose that and an extra 10 just for good measure!

I have been using the Fitbit One for about 7 months and I love it. Accurate and small fits nicely on your bra. You won't be sorry!

5'9 155lbs (usually) size 6 pant, medium top - (sometimes large sometimes small due to bust :-) lol) Dress size 8- 10 again for the same reasons! at 160 (I fluctuate) pants size 7/8) try never to get out of the 5lb range. Would still like to loose another 15 to 20lbs.

Well I am back, after a long illness my father passed away on April 26th. It has taken some time to regroup. I need the challenge and am going to go for 100 miles total for the month using my fitbit to track daily miles. Good luck every one! :-) Tuesday July 1st 3.87 miles

Still being challenged with trips to the ER, poor Dad is not doing well. Working on maintaining my weight and my sanity during these trying times. Not sure why the Ticker is not working - 26 miles month to date!

:smile: Ok this month I am setting a realistic goal of 40 miles on the treadmill. My Schedule is still too out of control for much more than that. Praying my dad get's well enough to go home soon. Have a fabulous April Fools day!

I am back!! and I am recommitting to 80 miles this month. Good Luck everyone, hope at least some of you will be able to go outside, it is snowing again in Chicago, this is the winter that will not end!! Thankfully I have a great treadmill. :smile:

Okay bad month! Dad was in the hospital now he is in rehab and every free moment it seems is spent on the go to see him. Next month God Willing will be better!

Well this month has been off to a bad start! Dad has been in the hospital since Jan 31, so between work and hospital not much me time. Still going to do my best to squeeze some treadmill time in, still have over 2 feet of snow maybe more it is not going anywhere!

Loose the artificial sweetners and pre packaged foods. Count your calories everyone of them. Drink lots of water, and green tea. Limit your sodium. January 2 4.40 miles 3.5 on the treadmill at level 15 4.4 mph and .90 jogging in place woo hoo! good day :happy:

January 1 = 2.60 miles at 4.1mph on level 15 incline - 550 calories burned! :smile: Shoveled snow for an hour to no avail 22 inches by tomorrow.
