Get a HRM to get a more accurate calories burnt. MFP gives you back exercise calories to eat so that you can keep your original deficit, and not wander into a very large deficit that can be detrimental to your health.
-
Yes eat back you exercise calories. Get a HRM to get a more accurate calories burnt, MFP calories burnt and what those cardio machines say you burnt can be off by quite a bit
-
Maybe shes eating too much exercise calories back becuase the caloires burnt are inaccurate.
-
What you NEED to do is flash your boobies at them and then take the equipment their using without asking, this is the only way.
-
Yes you will lose faster, but it might not be the best approach depending on your deficit. Larger deficits have a greater chance of eating away at your muscle which most people do not wish to happen.
-
If you dont have a food scale, buy one. Looking at your diary, I would recommend increasing your protein intake as MFP sets protein intake a little low.
-
Find out your maintenance and eat under that number. FYI the number MFP gives you is not your maintenance, it is a number with a built in deficit already so it is already below your maintenance.

Don't be a python's meal, I heard there are a lot of pythons in florida.

Your goal is realistic but your calorie consumption isn't.
-
Depends how much of a deficit you have and how much you go over your goal by, If you eat anything under your TDEE it should result in weight loss.

^Yup, read the other one you posted, there is some good advice in there.

My only adivce to you is to get jacked and shredded!!! Douche mode :smokin:
-
Yeah, you might have to eat a bit sloppy to get all the calories you need for the day in one meal

I think you can be overweight and healthy because carrying excess fat comes from having a high bodyfat percentage and not from a person's weight. I would say health is better determine with bodyfat percentage rather than weight.
-
The number MFP gives you already has a deficit in it, it is not your maintenance. So you do not have to eat under what MFP gives you to lose weight. How MFP works is that it gives you a number with a built in deficit before exercise, when you exercise you increase that deficit, so MFP gives you calories back ot eat to keep…

Yes vent about people who send you pms because they find you attractive... beautiful people have the worst problems :grumble:

If you start off at the higher calorie end of the spectrum when dieting, you will be able to cut calories if you do plateau. This is better than going straight to 1200 calories(rock bottom), plateauing and not being able to cut even more calories.
-
Eat a deficit and if you need to reach your goal with in a short time period, then you should of started earlier.
-
Gain muscle you need to eat at a surplus, lose weight you need to eat at a deficit. I think what you mean about gaining muscle is that you want to lose fat to reveal your muscle? if so just keep eating at a deficit and concentratemore on lowering your bodyfat percentage rather than concentrating on losing weight. FYI you…
-
Well most poeple lose weight to lower their bodyfat percentage. So when you reach that bodyfat percentage you should stop, unless that means being at an unhealthy low weight then you should stop before that and maybe bulk up and cut agian after.
-
It is not a limit but a goal.
-
No such thing as good or bad foods.
-
If your calories burned is correct eat them all back, the point of eating back your exercise calories is to keep your original deficit.
-
Bulk up and gain some muscle, after do a slow cut. Try to retain your muscle this time around when you cut agian.
