Drink your calories. Protein shakes with some peanut butter mixed into it, maybe blend a banana into it as well.

Most people binge because they restrict themselves too much and categorize foods as "clean" or "dirty", when food is really just energy. If you hit your proteins, fats and micros, you can fill the rest with "junk" food and still get great results.

When you binge, you eat 1,000 - 1,500 calories? Thats not a binge. How much do you eat on your none binge days? 400 calories?

Eating less than 1000 calories a day? and you're a male?!!? 1200 is the minimum for sedentary female, and most females don't even have to go that low. Calculate your tdee and eat under that amount and you will lose weight.

I think you should have a goal bodyfat percentage rather then a goal weight.

Eating clean doesn't get you lean. It's a myth that you have to eat clean to get lean.

To keep your original deficit. MFP gives you a calorie goal with a built in deficit, when you exercise you make that deficit bigger so MFP give you calories back to eat. Beside all health benfits of exercising, you can use exercise to eat more if you find your calorie goal leaves you feeling hungry all the time.

There is nothing wrong with sharing an alternative substitute for white rice, it's just the idea of thinking there is such a thing as "clean" or "dirty" foods, thinking that if you eat "dirty" foods that it will ruin all your progress.

I heard somewhere that 1200 is minimum for females and for males it's 1800, personally I wouldn't want to go below 2200 but if i have to, 2000 is the lowest I'm willing to go. Right now im 2 weeks into my cut and getting about 3050 down from 3500 and lost about 2 pounds so fare. I dont cut my calories too drastically…

For a guy that's not a lot of calories, especially if your an active guy.

People say MFP calories burned are inflated so be careful about that, but yes if you exercise then you can eat more calories. If you have a hard time reaching your goal, there is nothing wrong with having icecream or pizza to reach your calories goal/ macros. :tongue:
