If you are using the MFP method, you are suppose to net the number MFP original gave you. So if your goal is 1200 calories a day and you burn 200 calories from exercise, you need to eat 1400 calories to net 1200.

That is a deceiving picture. The picture of the guy has probably been photoshoped, plus he's indoors with good lighting while the picture of the girl looks more natural. If the girl had people to photoshop her picture and bring her inside to a place with good lighting, it might be a more fair comparison.

If I never forced feed myself I would be naturally thin. I can only get a gut if I tried, which I did because someone told me I wasn't bulk untill I had a gut, scrawny boy mentality.:tongue: But yes, I think people who are naturally skinny just don't eat much, even if they think they do.

IMO I think it's only okay to get plastic surgery if you have some type of deformity and just want to look normal. I don't think I would every marry a chick who went under the knife or got a boob job just took look more attractive, kind of says something about their personality.

I do it all the time. 1% Milk (or almond milk) + protein (vanilla or chocolate) + ground coffee beans + (sometimes peanut butter). I find that mixing the ground coffee beans and peanut butter together with my protein makes it taste like reese's peanut butter cups.

Most people will find that when they replenish their glycogen stores, they will look more lean compared to being depleted of glycogen.

Cutting down carbs will deplete your glycogen stores making your muscles look smaller. So maybe it might not actualy be muscle loss but if you're worried, increase your protien or just cut calories and forget about carb cycling.
