Tigersword, I didn't see your post until after I posted my question. This is helpful. Just wondered if MFP says about this, if anything.

Weight Watchers allows you to count all liquids (milk, coffee, soda, etc., but preferably water) and suggest 6 cups per day. I can't find any place on MFP that talks about using other liquids as your water requirements. Does anyone have any info on this?
