Don't eat pre-packaged meals. Cook your own food..... lean meat, whole pulses etc etc. Sodium is used in pre-packed stuff to preserve and (if they have any) add flavour... The sodium makes you retain water....not good when trying to lose weight.

Thank you for the positive responses. When I first looked at the pics I was amazed at the difference. I think I have put on muscle so I may have lost more than 17lbs of fat. I'm not doing any strength training, but I'm doing cardio 4-5 45 minute sessions a week (exercise bike, cross trainer and recumbent bike) More photos…
