I am 61 years old I live on the Gulf Coast. I need to lose 145 Pounds, My heart only works about 55% as it should. I love God my wife my children and my grandchildren. I enjoy my friends on Facebook most I will never meet in person but I enjoy sharing with them. I am in need of friends to encourage while a lose weight.
