I grab those kellogs cereal bars that give a lot of nutrition. Another thing to do is grab some orange juice, juice or some that you can travel with easily. You have to try and eat. I know its hard but you will feel better in the long run.

I have two different zumba ones for the wii and I love them both. They are fun and time flies. My daughters even try to do some of it too which just makes me laugh.
