I take a small tupperware container and put a raw scrambled egg in the microwave for 30 seconds, (cooks enough to form a shape) then put on a skillet. Perfect size for an english muffin

Take eggs scrambled with veggies or salsa. You can do this ahead of time and refrigerate it until the morning to speed things up. Put those eggs (with cheese if so desired) in a high fiber wrap or english muffin! Better than any fast food breakfast. So many combinations. Add a slice of deli ham or leftover meat scraps.

Muscle milk will not give you muscle or weight gains. Hard work at the gym will give you muscle. Overeating or over-consuming calories causes weight gain. The protein powder is a supplement, not a magic potion.

didn't you ever hear the adage "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"? Fruits also have nutrients and fiber. Just limit them, don't purge them. An apple or a cup of grapes is also a great appetite supressant

You are going to have to try different ones as they ALL have some sort of flavor to somebody. Talk to the guys at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. I know you said you don't live near one, but there is a device that people use to surf and text that has a "telephone" attached to it. :laugh:

This is the easiest way to weigh peanut butter... no muss no fuss! Weigh your open jar of peanut butter, zero out the scale (set tare). Take whatever, then remeasure the jar, this is your serving in grams.

The c25k program is really easy. Don't look at it as 8 weeks, look at it as a walk... because that is what it is. Anybody can walk and then run a few feet... Yes, I did it, and this fatass can run a hilly 5-6 miles now.
