Ive lost 36 lbs and I started Jan 30. If that helps any :bigsmile: I average about a pound a week and I had 1 plateau just recently that lasted 5 wks. But of course, every one is going to be different.

I eat things I like. Increased my fruits and veggies, decreased the junk but still have a little here in there but when I do, I weigh and measure. I weigh and measure everything. I exercise more. As long as it fits into my day, i eat it. Seems to be working out for me.

I used to work 3rd shift. I just renamed the 'meals' in my diary to time slots where I was actually awake and logged from when I woke up in the evening to when I went to bed the next morning.

I have 5 kids (4 at home) but mine are all school age and pretty much self sufficient-- ages 19, 17, 12, 11, 10. They like to be outside or playing video games lol. I get up for work at 0430 and am home by 1430. I usually workout between the time I get home and dinner time.

I think where ever you feel good at is good for you. I am about your height.. I am 4'11". My goal is to be between 110-115. My dr told me not to go below 100 lbs but that range was where I was last happiest.
