Down 39 lbs, started in a size 12/14. Am now in a size 6/8 in just under a year.

There isnt much I dont eat.. that list is much shorter lol. I only started eating lobster and crab in the last few years, now I love them. Sea Scallops are growing on me. But I would have to say that over all else, Avocado is slowly growing on me. I still can't do them plain but I can handle it in Guacamole.

This is Ivy.. she is a 1 and a half yr old Blue Point Siamese/Tabby Mix. Adopted as a kitten from the shelter. I have a bird.. they get along fabulously lol. See? LOL. Bird's name is Indigo.. we've had her about 2.5 yrs now.

All the time.. in fact I got one today while I was at work. I was eating some potato chips and someone commented "Oooh I caught you!".. I said "what caught me eating?? Oooh! lol. he said no I caught you cheating. I said I wasnt cheating.. I logged every chip that I put in my face."

I set my daily activity to light (not sedentary) to make sure it doesnt set me under 1200, I am not truely sedentary anyway and I eat back my exercise cals. I also always make sure I NET over 1200. My daily without exercise is 1300 and when I exercise I burn at least 200 minimum.

I dont deprive myself of anything. Telling myself (or someone else telling me no) I can't have something only makes me want it more. I am this height and a little less than this weight (121.6) and it took me 4 aerobic workouts yesterday to come close to burning that much (430 cal). I agree with everything quoted above. You need to weigh all your food accurately. You can't guess.

I do fruit/yogurt smoothies a couple times a week because I dont always get to eat breakfast before work (get up at 0430) and most days I dont get time to pack my lunch.
