We are at just about the same point stat wise (and height!) so I know they will notice your loss! Especially if they havent seen you in a really long time. I have been getting the "skinny" comments a lot lately. If only they knew I still have halfway to go! But I am definately loving it.

I have been lactose intolerant since I was about 12. Ive found that I can handle dairy as long as it is fat free or no more than 2% reduced fat. I cant drink milk straight. What I do is order what I want and immediately box up half my meal. Usually I cant even finish the half. And I usually will order a side salad before my meal and get my salad dressing on the side and dip each bite in the dressing.. i never use more than half the little cup they bring that way.

I usually eat between 1400-1500 daily with light exercise. I am 4'11 and 139 lbs and losing roughly about a pound a week on average. It's not as much as it sounds like it is.

We dont go that often but when we do I plan for it.. I plan a workout before, drink a little extra water before and after and if I can work out the next day I will.

Ive definitely increased in fruit and veggies. When I snack now, it's more so on these than anything else especially when I want something sweet.

That'd be me too. The only things I dont eat are the things that make me physically ill. But other than that.. I eat whatever I feel like it and make it fit into my day. Always looking for new friends!

If my weigh in falls during that time, I do. I usually expect to see a gain but I also will drink extra water in the few days prior and usually end up having a slight loss anyway. I know.. I'm weird lol.

I live in an apt too and I do the Walk away the pounds dvds. Not a whole lot of jumping around in those. You can rent them on netflix to try them out and I also found some of the full length workouts on you tube this morning as well.

I would if we had our own house but right now we are in an apt that doesnt get much light.. which sucks for plants :( We will be (with any luck) moving out of here with in the next year though so it may be an option pretty soon!

Its probably the same recipe.. lol. The original recipes I have called for fresh mint and also basil in the cucumber one but I left them out bc my grocery store only sold prepackaged ($$$$). But I do exactly the same as you with the water and the water bottles when I take it to work with me!
