Oh my........ Its Dr. Atkins. Not Adkins.. Why do you say our body needs sugar to metabolize protein and fat? How does ones body ignore protein and fat? If I eat more than 20 carbs a day I'm doing to gain weight very rapidly? I think you need to do a little more research on the Atkins diet and nutrition in general before…

For the most part, all of my carbs come from green vegetables. So, it ends up being around 20 a day, sometimes way less. I will be adding fruit back into my diet soon, which will raise that # more. Good luck and stick with it!

The pumpkin was the best, but it is was only seasonal. I drink the caribou coffee k cups now. You can get a box of 80 from Sam's club.
