Looks good to me! I think everyone should self experiment and find what works best for them. But I would definitely recommend higher fat, moderate protein, low carb!

Just eat real food

I lost most of my weight following the primal blueprint while keeping my carbs very low. less than 30 a day and eating dairy...... Just recently, I cut out dairy and I have noticed my skin is drastically clearer. I think you just need to self experiment and find something that works for you. Good luck!

Why is it not sustainable?

I have lost 88 pounds since October 2011. I started out just watching my carbs, but then read the Primal Blueprint around December and have been following that ever since. I love eating this way and have never felt better!

I think eating low carb is very sustainable. I just think people need to find a plan that works for them and stick with it.

Personally, I only subtract fiber from the total carb count to get net carbs.

So what do you eat that is cheaper? Quick and easy pre-packaged food? Eating paleo/primal is more than just weight loss. It is for overall health.
-
you sure about that?

My favorite is eating blackberries with a fork and dipping them in heavy cream!

Bath Salts

That's great! Glad you found something that is working for you!

So true! I never go down the isles anymore.... Just the perimeter, and walking as fast as I can through the bakery!

Wow! Great job!

Is it really as simple as that?

sugar?

If you felt great and lost the weight you wanted to lose, why did you start eating the way that made you 50lbs over weight in the first place? I don't think the diet failed... I think that is a personal failure.........
-
That's awesome!

Great job man! Keep it up!!

Fruit!!
-
Maybe try eating more vegetables?
-
Congrats man.

Why stop counting sugar and focus on fat? So are twizzlers and pop tarts the perfect food since they are low fat?
-
That sucks

Have a plan and stick with it. (lifestyle change) Mine is primal / low carb
