Need carbs, not fat!

I'm running a half marathon this weekend, and I want to carb up a little tonight and tomorrow. Does anyone have suggestions for foods that are higher in carbs, but not necessarily in fat. I don't mind going a little heavier on the calories (I usually do 1200-1400 daily), but I don't want to go overboard on fat.

I'll take all suggestions, everything from single foods to meal ideas. Oh, and I don't eat a lot of meat.
