  • I'm on level 1 day 10 (tomorrow I start Level 2) and yes, I gained two pounds in the first couple of days and it was very discouraging. I decided I wasn't going to get on the scale again until the end. But now, at day 10, I can feel a big difference in how my clothes are fitting and it's very encouraging! Hang in there.
  • Hi ladies, today will be (I work out in the evening) Level 1 Day 8 for me. For those of you taking a rest day, when are you doing that? One day a week, one day every 10 days etc?
  • What did you do to relieve the sore, stiff muscles at the beginning? I'm on day 3 and I can barely manage the stairs. The thought of working out this evening has me nervous. Any suggestions?
