To attempt to answer your question, 6 days a week at the gym should be doing wonders for you (I wish I could afford a gym membership) but maybe you're eating slightly too many calories? It's topics like this that keep me motivated! After nearly a month of diet and exercise I haven't noticed any results, other people have but I can't see it myself. Hopefully in 6 months I might start to see something, and look as fabulous as you do in those dresses! Keep it up xx
