Hi! I'm at the very begining of the surgery process. I guess I will join weight watchers fir the 6 months of dieting for insurance. What program or diet are you doing and how is it going?

OMG I'm so glad I found this! great post! I've been tracking in 3 different places, here, weight watchers book and diabetes blood sugar and its all driving me crazy! This will make it so much easier now. just wish I could log my blood sugar and I'd be set. Thank you for this! I'm installing later this morning.
