Myth. I work 11a-7pm and I don't get home until about 730. I eat dinner with my family (even late) every night. I have the same issue only on the elliptical and the treadmill.....I will have to look into the new shoe thing. I am not looking to be a runner, maybe a 5k here and there, but it is VERY annoying when toes especially go numb.

Water intake can also be a factor too. Don't estimate your intake, usually people say its more when they estimate and they are WAY off! Getting the right amount of water going through your system may help too (if you aren't paying too much attention to water.) And also what the above said. You need to eat those workout…

I completely to this! I over estimate my intake, and under estimate my workouts. I become too obsessed when I get on certain things (scales especially) even with food weighing. I become a mad woman, and I don't want to rely on it to the point I have an anxiety attack with out a scale around.

Hello everyone. I am am mom of a wonderful 6yr old girl, wife, and a full time 911/Police dispatcher. I am constantly on the go with an 11am-7pm job. I have now MADE time in my day for the gym.
