Set mini goals. NOT weight ones. i.e. stay under/in your calorie range for the week. or exercise 30 min a day for 5 days. Little things at a time. If you want a little bigger try eating within/under your calories 6 days a week for a month. Little things first. Cut soda, and track everything.

Hi everyone, sorry I was MIA lately. My DD had surgery this past week and I have not been with it mentally because of this. We are back home now, surprisingly after 4 days. I haven't exercised a lot either while I was gone. Got in a few walks at the hospital, but that's about it. Getting back at it.

I have not seen the show. My SIL LOEVS it, but it was not one I started watching at all. Don't know why...I know ABOMINATION, but didn't get into it.
