29 years old / 6'0" / Starting Weight 350 lbs / Goal Weight 180 lbs / Current Weight 218 lbs / Weight Lost 132 lbs

No surgery, no pills, no fad diets...just good ol' calorie counting, cooking the majority of my own meals, and increasing my activity level. 95% of weight loss is from changes to my eating habits. Burn more calories than you consume!

I've logged onto MyFitnessPal for 258 days straight and logged everything I ate and exercised. Feel free to add me.

    There are only two things I can say to this: HOLY CRAP!

    and

    You might want to slow down your weight loss now. What you've done is over 3lbs/week. If you keep this up, you might start doing more damage than good and risk bouncing back once you stop losing the weight.

    Just my $0.02.

    Thanks, I am trying to increase my calories slowly, but the weight loss has already started naturally slowing down. I'm averaging about 1,400 calories a day right now. If I am hungry, I eat. I don't ever not eat if I am hungry. I just choose smart and low calorie/high nutritious snacks. My annual physical is due in the next few months, so I'll get a full check up at the doctor soon. Can't wait to see my blood test results.
