  • I'm shooting for 140ish and I'm 5"7. I have a medium frame. Like the others say, I guess it all depends on how "you" feel in "your" body. :)

  • Thanks for the warm welcome! Everyone here looks so good - and I'm glad I have a message board that I can chat on once my daughter goes down for the night. My hubby works nights and has our car so I think I'm doing alot of stress eating late in the day. Gotta change that! Thanks again :)
