  • Watch your food combinations and try to not have dairy with meat or fish. Also try not to do fruits with meats/fish or vegetables. It will keep your stomach and digestive system from acting up.

  • Happy Birthday! Try to reign it back in and take an extra 30 minutes on exercise. Drink lots of water to flush out the added salt in pizza & hot dogs.   • forgot to mention- if classes are offered at times you can go, this breaks up the boarding machine cardio time. I really enjoy spnning and rumba at my gym because it is just different and the music is load and the time goes by faster.
