Never mind I found it. It says my TDEE is 2261 and my BMR is 1459. How many calories should I be eating? I have felt like I was eating way to few of calories at 1200 but thought this site would know better than me.

Continue on with your weight loss and when she starts seeing the results you are getting she will want to jump on board and follow u. You can't try and force her or that will make her resist even more.

I think an inch off of your waist and hips is an accomplishment in it's self. If you are working out and eating healthy I wouldn't worry about the scale and would just do measurements. I have to eat around 1400-1500 calories for me to lose weight plus my exercise calories and I have a desk job, so maybe you need more…

Thank u so much for this post. I have been at 163 for like 2 weeks now and the scale won't move no matter what I do. U are eating to few calories. Plus yes it is all about the water. You need the water to flush out the sodium and toxins in your body. I think you should eat the extra calories on the day of workout. This will also keep you on track with working out. You will know that you already ate those calories, so when your mind is telling you I don't want to work out tonight your calorie log will tell you that you have to. :bigsmile:

If you are doing strength training then that could account for some of the weight gain but keep it up because the muscle u are building will start to burn the fat faster.
