Yes, St. Paddy's day wasn't even worth logging! A few Blue Moon's, corned beef sandwich, and a big restaurant dinner with appetizers and a green martini. I agree with the train analogy; instead of giving up, just get back on track as soon as possible.

Hi, I'll be 44 next week. I used to be able to lose weight easily, but now it takes a lot more work! I run and lift weights but all that does is help me maintain my weight now. The evening is my biggest problem too. I usually do great watching what I eat all day, but when I finally put the kids down and get some time for myself and my hubby, I always overeat. I recently started drinking a cup of hot green tea with a psyllium husk capsule (natural fiber) which is good for you and fills me up.
