  • When I started exercising I could not run for longer than 2 minutes at a time. Today at the gym, I ran for 10 minutes even after fast pace walking for 45 minutes. I am so very proud of myself. I have also haven't given up even though I don't see any changes in the mirror. I just keep telling myself that it took thirteen…
  • I did the same thing the first few times. I find that if I put on an upbeat track on my ipod and not look at the offset TVs I seem to walk/jog straighter. The fear is there when I have to get a drink, mess with controls, and even towel of the sweat. But it's getting better each time. Good Luck! :tongue:
