  • When I took my first running class years ago, our leader said that if anyone experienced the kind of issues you're complaining about that it doesn't hurt to take a couple advil and ice after your runs.
  • If it was me, I would just go to bed. I get that you're not supposed to starve the system but eating right before going to bed isn't always great either. You're not that far behind and one day here and there isn't going to kill you. .
  • I had the same frustration when trying to enter in housekeeping as a form of exercise. I'm a stay at home mom, so some days that is what I do and you can actually burn a fair bit doing it. I googled it and figured it out that way. Maybe try that?
