  • I have started drinking green smoothies. I did one this morning for a meal replacement. How do I track it on myfitnesspal or do you count it as calories?
  • Take walks with your child(ren). Go out and play with them if you can. make what you do fun so that you do not burn your self out.
  • Start with the weight you was when you started so you don't cheat yourself.. Sure your story on weight loss. I see a lot of weight loss from a lot of people. Help me because I am slowing lossing.
