You can do it! Every challenge is an opportunity to learn. Good luck!

One I've heard of about great success is DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated licorice) and a good multi-digestive enzyme.

You did such a GREAT job! Congratulations!

I'd watch or advertise on craigslist or newspaper ads. It may take a bit though.

I'm aiming more towards a pant size and then I'm going to decide. I think that's the way to go. If you're exercising more now, you may be smaller and weigh more

Thanks. Maybe I'll try adding a fruit.

Hi Jenn! Welcome :-)

Look for something that turns you on. For instance, I like to eat and exercising gives me more calories to play with. Maybe its new clothes or a special night out. Put a carrot on the end of your stick and go for it. You can do it!

Should is my least favorite word I think. If a friend told you what you just posted, what would you tell them? I'm sure you'd be easier on them than yourself. In otherwords, its cool. Do your best and let go the rest. Mahalo

One I remember was The Sopranos. They were always cooking or eating something on that show. The upside is I now make a pretty good Rigatoni. Lol!

Thanks. I'm getting psyched!

Not so sure I have 10,000,000 days left. But i hear ya.

Thanks all for the support and especially the inspiration.

Everytime I would try and go a bit longer until I could go a full 60 minutes on it. Then I picked another machine and did the same. Once I…

I know homemade electrolyte drinks which you drink during endurance activities contain just a pinch of salt, so really not much at all.

If you can weigh yourself before and after its best. Then 1 pound lost during workout equals 2 cups water approximately.

I just go with one or the other. Monitor your progress and then do what works best for you. Good luck!

Thanks all.
