I love it! I just started week 4 and am down about 5 lbs. Not only is my stamina improving, but my flexibility is tremendously improved. I don't notice any change in my clothes yet, but several people at work have commented that I've lost weight...so that's a great feeling! I have so much more energy now. Good luck to you!

I've read that it's best to weigh yourself once a week at the same time that day in the same amount of clothing (or none!) each time. Weight really does fluctuate and success is more evident in weight trends over time as well as measurements...and most importantly--how YOU feel! That said, I'm guilty of weighing myself…
