Artificial sweeteners are horrible! I was being checked for cancer. Turns out.. Artificial sweeteners were the cause for my terrible labor pain feelings, headaches, bleeding after intercourse, etc. Maybe a couple here and there. But I used it daily with coffee or if I went out and had tea. I cut it out and feel great again.

Welp, I gained... :sad: Not sure if it's muscle or from my cheat day. (I always have cheat days and haven't been this heavy in a LONG time!) I did pretty good yesterday. Did 2 sets of my 4/20's, some pilates and waitressed. I stayed under my calories. Today I have completed 2 sets of 4/20's and pilates. The plan for the rest of the day is to stay under my calories. I might squeeze in some more pilates or maybe go for a walk later to burn some more calories.…

I think a body wrap is good for a one night thing. Like you're going out and wanna wear this really cute outfit but haven't quite lost the weight yet. Then yes, do the wrap. But your tummy will come back!

I lost 40 lbs on weight watchers. I'm 140 now which is supposedly a healthy weight but my stomach sticks out as well. Not much motivation to sit on the floor and do crunches forever.
