Still at 145.2 I have really been slacking. Not eating terrible but not doing as well as I know I could be. Maybe its this damn cold. I don't know. I need to snap out of it!

I was still having kind of a rough time getting completely back on track at the beginning of the week. But I'm another pound lighter. Total of 15.8lbs down so far. Don't get down on yourself. You're still a pound under your starting weight. Just push harder this week. Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water to help flush you. Doing work outs? Maybe try to cut out carbs or something this week. You got this! :smile:
