Eat more fiber, fruits/veggies and lean proteins.......try to stay under your calorie limit for the day.....and 1300 cals is not enough.....at least 1450-1600

Record EVERYTHING you eat and drink EVERYDAY!! Doesn't matter if you go over or stay under your calorie limit, It helps to keep you accountable to yourself and helps to keep you on track!! Cheers!

I stick to a high protein lower carb/sugar diet with LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF FIBER.
