FINALLY....I made it to the "Y" during my lunch hour. I haven't done that for at least 4 weeks and IT FELT AWESOME!!!! Fingers crossed that the hip doesn't hurt tonight. My new motto needs to be: One day at a time....One meal at a time....One workout at a time...I will succeed at becoming healthier!

Dropping in to share that I've developed hip bursitis over the last 3-4 weeks; no cardio until the issue goes away. :( Keep up the great efforts, everyone! I'll be back once this problem is resolved.

Biked 10 miles yesterday. Ticker updated I have hip bursitis so my running & biking will have to be dramatically reduced if not put on the back burner for awhile. I'm totally bummed and am hoping this goes away quickly. I won't be around much until it's resolved. Good luck to everyone!!...:flowerforyou:

I'm back for more! July wasn't as successful but that will change in August!! Thanks Bluiz for starting the August thread & Dinos for tracking everyone's progress!!! You both are awesome! I was experiencing some hip pain with my running so August will be all about biking! August goal = 225 miles!

Forgot to post yesterday.... Ran 6.06 miles / 60 minutes I was visiting a friend so the route was brand new to me; which really helped make the run go by so fast!
