July 1st SW: 194 7/08: 199 7/15: 195 7/22: 192 7/29: ? 7/31: ?? WK 3: 3lb Loss Going in the right direction but I've got a lot work to do this week to hit the 5lbs. This has been the most difficult month yet since joining MFP. I hope to not experience something like this again! Wishing everyone a successful WK 3 weigh in!!!

@ Miswen - invest in a padded seat...totally worth it! It shouldn't take too many rides before your rear becomes use to the seat. You can get a MONSTER calorie burn from a good bike ride!

Ran 3.77 miles / 45 minutes outside. Today's run was a huge struggle for me. I battled with myself to not stop & walk. I think I need to take a day or two off; give my legs & body a rest. Have a good weekend!

Can you believe the holiday weekend is already over? It was a good weekend for me to prove out that I can eat some unhealthy foods, have a few drinks and still incorporate exercise each day. I run M-W-F on TM for only 30min; I try to run both Saturday & Sunday outside with one of those days being my 'longest' of the week. I'm finding that if I run in the morning and then cycle in the evening my legs are not sore
