Go to goals scroll down to change goals and go to custom then you can change.

Go to Home and under goals go to own goals. you can change calories, protein, carbs and so on.

I wear mine under my bra by rib cage. I find by calorie burn under my bra a little less then on my arm.

I haven't had any problems wearing it under my bra. I wore it over the weekend on the arm and the calorie burn is the same. I forget that it is there. Once I get home I transfer to the arm because I like it there better for exercising.

The same thing happened to me yesterday but by this morning it had adjusted. I love my Bodymedia, during the day I wear it under my bra strap and as soon as i get home I wear it around my arm.

I ran your numbers on Fat2Fit and even at sendentary your TDEE is 1841 minus 20% gives you 1472 that is what you should eat. By eating a fast food meal before getting home from work and then cook and eat another meal with the family. I havent been thru a drive thru in over 7 years.

Yes it is right. you are suppose to eat the exercise calories back. You should never net under the 1200.

I record my workouts as 1 calorie and in the food on excercise notes I input my workout and calories burned.
