I am in 155 miles
-
I walk close to 3 miles during my lunch time.
-
I average about 20 thousand steps a day and anywhere between 30 and 40 thousand on the weekends. I started about 3 months ago with my Jawbone 24. I know I have lost weight but haven't gotten on the scale. I only weigh myself every 4 months.

I have a 9 to 5 job so during the day it's hard for me to get steps in but once I get home I am always moving. I walk around my house while I am making dinner and cleaning up. I use to sit on my behind for three hours watching TV. now I walk while watching TV.

On weekdays I get in about 30,000 steps. walk in the morning before work, during lunch time and in the evening. I try to get anywhere between 12 to 15 miles a day. On the weekends I usually get anywhere between 40 to 60 thousand steps

I went home and microwaved my chocolate quest bar. LOL. love it. I am hooked.

I believe it works on any phone with Bluetooth.
-
I also had the fitbit and returned it. I didn't like the fact that it counted my 1 hour commute to work. I now have the Jawbone and its ok. I really go by my HRM as far as calorie burn thru my workouts.

The Polar H7 is just the chest strap and its Bluetooth so you download the app to your phone, I have the IPhone 5. You just have to pair the strap to the phone and select the exercise you are going to do. I use it for walking and running

I have the Polar H7 and I love it. It's Bluetooth and links to my IPhone so no need for the watch just the chest strap.
-
I have the Polar H7 which is Bluetooth. It's only the chest strap that you wear not the watch.

Congrats, you look amazing:)

I log breakfast and lunch the night before and the rest of the day as I ago.

I've had mine for about three weeks and love it. At the beginning I had problems understanding how to use but I called the 800 number and they were very helpful. I've had the fitbit and bodymedia and out of the three I like the Jawbone best. send me a friend request if you like

3000 sounds pretty accurate. I mile is anywhere between 2200 to 2500 steps depending on your stride and you definitely walked more then a mile in 30 minutes. I average about 5500 steps in 45 minutes. I love my Jawbone Up

I believe you would eat back some exercise calories. Weight loss takes time, be patient you have already lost 30lbs. sometimes the body needs time to adjust. Good luck.

I have a jawbone and it does contact directly with the skin. I had a Body Media and always questioned the calorie burn it always seemed too high to me. It also tracked my car ride to and from work which is 90 minutes so it gave ne 90 minutes of activity. The Body Media had me burning between 2500 and 2700 calories a day…

I've had the fit bit and Body Media. I've had the Jawbone for about a week and love it.

I had the fit bit and the Body Media and both gave me way more steps than the Jawbone. I've had the jawbone for about a week and I average between 2200 and 2300 calories and both the fit bit and body media average between 2600 and 2700 calories that is a big difference.

I just got mine a week ago and love it

It just started syncing with MFP two days ago. It is not a HRM I use a HRM (Polar 7) for all my workouts. It is a bracelet and you can wear all the time even when you are showering they do not recommend you wear it for swimming. the bracelet syncs to the Iphone and Droid. it tracks sleep, workouts, total calorie burn,…

I wanted a bracelet style so it was between nike fuel and the up. I decided to go with the Up. I felt that the calorie burn on boymedia was way to high I always use my Polar 7 HRM for my workouts and the calorie burn on the bodymedia was always very high compared to the HRM. I also experimented wearing the bodymedia and…
