I'm dropping about 1 lb every other day! It's awesome and encouraging... i haven't even really started exercising yet! I'm nursing a baby, so that helps burn extra calories, but i'm also eating clean healthy food and moving a lot more than i did before. wtg everyone!

can you do it at a time that isn't that disruptive? Like if you are home during the day they are most likely out at work, or at least less likely to care? these I believe are the mats that you would want... you can get them all over the place...…

I have always noticed (not backed by research) that there is a lag of a few days before anything shows on the scale... that's just my experience though... that's why I like Wednesday weigh-ins, I would have a chance to feel the full impact of the weekend, and start to see the benefits of the week.

oh I know, it's just a hypothetical why I will one day run a company that teaches people to cook from scratch to save money, the environment and their health... this picture is 5 years old. I'm working back to this... it just gets me that the BMI charts still say you are overweight. Bite me. I was so much fitter than most of the skinny people I knew. I glowed, my skin was radiant... I'm 24 lbs from this still.

losing more than 2 lbs per week isn't going to help you in the long run, and will cost you muscle mass, which is the stuff you need to keep the weight off and burn more calories naturally

there is a difference between cravings and excitement. When I meet a new food that I like and is really healthy, it's all I want. I wouldn't run out and get tested for deficiencies yet. Enjoy your yucky veggies!
