somehow that happened to me. Somehow even more miraculously, I'm not gaining weight. in all reality, i have revisited my goal, and will be working toward other things. The ultimate goal for me is to get up on a surfboard.

I used to use a trainer once a month to keep me on track, change things up a little and keep my form correct. There is no reason to work with a trainer each session really. I would tell your gym to stuff it, and find someone who is a trainer to give you a program (even if you have to go somewhere else) and work with them…

My favorite is refried beans on toast with cheese. Although there isn't a ton of veggies in that. it may take a while for your body to get used to beans... your co-workers may not love you in the transition period

I'll also add that when i did quit smoking, I had a bag of precut veggies (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower) at my side constanty... i would eat like 5 cups of raw veggies a day! not that easy to digest, but it took away that urge to put something from my hands to my mouth

I did my best to replace smoking with something more productive; 5 minutes on the treadmill, get up and fill my water bottle (ie remove myself from where i am, perform a task) I find $1 scratch tickets redicuously satisfying, but that's more about my urge to buy candy or junk food. i try not to eat after 8 pm, but that's becasue i have nightmares if i digest food in my sleep. I Never seem to be able to call dinner my last meal of the day though

sone of us will be be able to not track, some of us will never get off tracking. I will always have to keep food and fitness in the front of my conciousness. i don't spin often, but i do long cycling events with my sister... like 4-10 hours. The group has a whole "war wounds" culture, and really it can hurt, but after training a little i only really start to feel if after an hour or so. I invested in good padded shorts. They were about $70 at the local store

I downloaded that one once and couldn't figure it out. Maybe I didn't try very hard. I'm excited to get back into the gym a little. I used to be a total gym rat. My big strength test back then was am unassisted chin up. I needed 120 lbs help to do it last night :(

they keep telling me to keep going for longer distances to get my short speed up. It seems to be working, i can do a 10 minute mile now where it used to take me 40 minutes to do 5k

roast a whole chicken. let it cool, pick it apart with your hands. You will have light and dark meat to do whatever you want with it. Cheaper and moister than boneless breasts

i just ran a badly mapped 5 k (it turned out to be 4.3 km) in 23 minutes, if it had been a 5 k, that means i would have been less than hald an hour! I almost died when i hit week 4 and had to go 8 minutes without stopping!

I lost 40 something lbs in 5 months, and went from walking being easy but running being impossible to jogging 5 km and doing major cycling events

Week for is the life changing week! I thought i would have to stay at week for for another week but i pushed through, and it was gravy! I still start to flag around 25 minutes, but i can push through and finish a 5k in about 35 minutes... I remember doing cartwheels over 6 minutes!

if you bike there you will cover some good cardio and save some time at the gym... it shouldn't take too long to bike 10 miles... I'm assuming you don't drive. I like a good walk in the morning, i don't love working out right after i wake up, but i have always been able to manupluate my schedule to get my exercise in...…

I'm just nor super shure i can spare more than 45 minutes 3 times / week :( That's where i figured work on some sprints, etc... I mean in the end, it will be what it will be. Once I get to live with my husband again, i can run after dinner, or i can trade a day hour for a night hour of work and run longer, just right now…

I'd you are already small exercise will make you bigger, you have nowhere to go but out! Not sure if this is your case

You wake up with less water in your body because you use it. I always assumed I was smaller in the morning because I have "de-p uffed) that's not the scientific term

I find that hard with my kids... how about cold chicken nuggets, i don't know if nuts are off the table, but peanutbutter sandwiches... bagels, cheese, ham, yogurt (why low fat for a kid - they need it for their brains) tortilla rollups; salsa chream cheese and chicken cut…
