  • Hello dear! That is the same amount of weight I'm trying to lose. I was on medication for a very long as well. I didn't start picking up weight until my medicine was changed from 20 mg of Lexapro to 60 mg of Celexa. I eventually went down to 40 mg of Citalopram (the generic equivalent).
