im a big fan of Pro Compression socks, great for during running and crossfit, and after for recovery - and even long-er flights, when i use to run 6+ miles they def. helped to feel less sore the next day

I go for lunch runs or RUNch's ... I should note that I usually work from home so I dress for the run in the am then run/shower at lunch, not 100% possible for everyone but it is doable even with a standard office job - 20/30 min run is better than nothing

i run so i watch the trees, cars and houses i pass and sometimes the sunset or sunrise
