  • I love eggs! I just need to find new ways of making them because I get bored with the scrambled/omelets I usually eat.
  • Italian flavored tacos? Or I would just make calzones and freeze them for the to-go lunch.
  • Pop and coffee. Reduced bread intake. I have also reduced my consumption of processed foods and replace those with fresh fruits and veggies where possible. Still a work in progress since I want it to be a lifestyle change for a healthier me and not a weight loss change.
  • I'm trying to keep my sodium intake low as well and I basically either leave out the salt altogether or if I add it, I reduce it to 1/4 of what the recipe suggests. I add herbs and I hardly notice the low salt anymore. Mostly I bake the meat and vegetables with oregano and pepper. I mostly bake chicken and sweet potatoes.…
  • I quit. Cold turkey. I realized that it was not worth the health issues I was having so I could enjoy my one cup of coffee a day. I had headaches the first three days and I still have yet to replace it with anything but I don't miss it as much as I thought I would.
