I do both. I stay under 20g carbs a day and fast 2x48hrs a week as well as 18/6 on other days. Once every 6 weeks I also do longer fasts. Both keto and fasting have changed my life.

This is a great help. I had been sticking to my 1300 calories a day and over 2 weeks I lost 5lbs which is great.
