I had right knee replacement in November and due to have the left one done in the Spring. I needed to lose 150# to have this surgery and struggled to maintain through all of this plus the holidays. I would like to send you a freind request!

I like this challenge! Although I may not be there for a while. SW 411 GW - who knows. First was 100# off for shoulder surgery. Then was 260 which I hit this week (for approval for knee replacement surgery). 225 would be 40 BMI. Thought of making this my next goal. CW 258

Way to go! I had my gastric sleeve December 2014. You lose the most weight the first year, but it's still working!

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery 12/4/14. Best decision I ever made.

I had my surgery December 2014. I'm down 130# and still losing to goal. You have to remember smaller stomach ("pouch") is just a tool for weight loss. If you graze through the day on high calorie foods you will gain. That being said it was the best decision. Saved my life! And I am rarely hungry.

I had Verticle Gastric Sleeve surgery on 12/4/14. Myfittnesspal helps keep track of protein which is very important (doctor asks at every appointment). DOWN 76# SO FAR.
