Batman... I'm kinda obsessed. And NO not just the movie batman. I've got a bat symbol tattoo on my right forearm, comics out the wazoo, and a brain full of bat knowledge NO one should know. HELL my weight lifting routine is called Batman Body!

I did the Color Run in Philadelphia and in New Jersey last year. Didn't like the venue for the NJ Color Run and they're having it at the same place this year so I won't be doing that one. I LOVED the Philly one and will be doing that one this year with my wife and daughter (2yr old) We'll walk it but it'll still be a blast!

That's actually quite normal when you just start weight training. Your body is going to be holding onto water to repair your muscles. Once you do it for awhile it'll usually even it self out.

If you're looking for a decent app to track your outdoor runs, I personally use Endomondo. Now for training for the transition from indoor to outdoor running. I do a combo of indoor and outdoor running I found it's easier if you put a small incline on the treadmill usually veriables from .5 to 1. I find that gives me the…
